In this position, our client is looking for Head of Sales / Marketing manager who has very extensive skills in heading sales team, managing KPI and conversions and finding new lead funnel, in order to lead the sales team, monitor their performance and hit targets.

**Job Description:**
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join the team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote their services, generate leads, attract new patients, and increase revenue.

– Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
– Identify target markets and segments, and devise targeted marketing campaigns to reach prospective patients.
– Manage team of Sales / patient advisors
– Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to generate referrals.
– Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital content, and advertising materials to support sales and marketing initiatives.
– Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
– Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

– Qualifications or excellent and proven experience (alternatively) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, MUST be within Private healthcare industry to be considered.
– Strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles, including HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
